Kristal_sand's Terms of service- Unless specified otherwise, all of my finished commissions will be posted to my Art social media.-I have all-right to turn down your commission if I don't like it.-Once I finish your painting, you can use it for whatever you want.-Commissions due are:
* 7 days for Icons and chibis.
*1 to 2 weeks for full and half bodies.
*Character ref and Illustrations took a month at mostnot counting weekend
Since I sent you the sketch for you to approve-I only do digital art. I do not take traditional art commissions-For questions, contact me on my social media-I take payment via Paypal, MOMO, DA point.
The currency is VND or USD-If you can not pay via the above payment methods, contact me and we can arrange something else.- Character references are required. If you do not have a character reference, a $5 design fee will be added.Once I start your commission, there are no refunds. If you think you might need the money for something else, please do not commission me.HOW I WORK:-After you order the commission and fill in the necessary details.-I’ll DM or mail you the sketch for you to approve after you pay ( full or half depending on you). The deadline will be counted after you approve the sketch.-I will continuously send you updates on the process of the painting ( line, color shading, background,... ) so you know how much longer for your comm to be done and for you to decide if you want to change or not.Revisions are free 3 times for the entire progress, after this, it’s 2$ each(during this process, I’ll contact you to ask you for any info that you might have forgotten to add plus ask for full payment (when I’m fully done ) if you decide to give half in the beginning)After I’m done, I’ll send you.
An artwork you order with and without my watermark. In a zip file through DM or mailAny revisions you want after this are 1$ to $5 each (depending on complexity).USE
★ Commissioned art from me can be used for Personal use or Commercial use.
★ You may use commissioned art by me for personal use such as avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, creating physical reproductions of the artwork, etc as long as it is for your personal use only (not for sale).
★ For commercial use, please credit me as the creator of the artwork
★ The only exception to the above is that you are NOT allowed to use commissioned pieces by me in any AI-related products and AI generation. Likewise, all commissioned art from me are NOT to be used for any form of blockchain-related technology this includes NFT, cryptocurrency or any future inventions in the space.
REFUNDS
★ All commissions can be canceled, but the Payment is refunded based on the progress of the drawing (If I finish the line before you cancel I'll charge for the line and sketch and refund the rest)
